College Preparation in Middle School
Middle school is a great time for students to create goals for themselves and invest in their future. There is a huge shift from elementary school in the amount of homework and extracurricular activities that students need to learn how to balance in order to be successful. The strategies students master in middle school will help them achieve success in high school and beyond. Practicing good study habits, maintaining a schedule, taking care of their physical and mental health are all things that middle schoolers should learn how to do.
Getting involved in different activities and experiences can also help middle schoolers learn about the endless opportunities that are out there. There are many clubs and extracurricular activities offered at CSMS. Students can also participate in a variety of UIL teams.
